ReCycle Right!
About Recycling in Fort Collins and Loveland

Recycling is a great way to save resources and to protect our environment. But sometimes, it is not as straight-forward as we might think. Recycling, especially plastics, has changed in the past few years, and guidelines can vary from city to city.

The Cities of Fort Collins and Loveland are here to answer your recycling and reuse questions! Find out where to take your batteries, how to properly recycle those pizza boxes, what those little triangles really mean, and if that plastic takeout container can go in your curbside bin (spoiler: it can’t!).

To learn more about recycling efforts in our area and join the conversation, we invite you to join our Zoom Meeting discussion led by the cities of Fort Collins and Loveland staff members.

To receive your Zoom meeting link for the July 27 presentation,
email Anne Underwood or Joyce DeVaney
The link sent for June 22 will not work, you’ll need the new link.

Before the meeting, please take a few minutes to provide your individual feedback to two Fort Collins surveys. Click below.
