Our goal is to foster a consistent focus and support our members and teams to integrate the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in their work. Our vision is to contribute to a more effective democracy by:

• cultivating a membership that reflects the diversity of our community,
• taking actions that meet the diverse needs of our community,
• building relationships with organizations which will enlarge civic engagement among diverse populations.
