Coming to Fort Collins! Date to Be Announced!

Fort Collins will soon have its first Civic Learning Week. This will be your
opportunity to make your community a better place to live, learn and relax!

Helping citizens engage with their communities
in meaningful ways

The goal of Civic Learning Week is to help citizens exercise their agency when addressing local issues they feel need attention/reform/establishment. This involves education and information sharing, but more importantly, hands-on activities.

Who It's For

The target audience for this week of activities is those ages 18–40. This program will support future problem solvers as well as advocates and stewards for the planet.

Ready to make a real impact on your community?

We will explore civic engagement ideas, including volunteering at schools and organizing local events, to get started.
Finding solutions to local challenges through community service enables active citizens to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
