The League of Women Voters of Larimer County will present on Ranked Choice Voting for Fort Collins City Council elections, which appears on this November's ballot as Issue 2C. In addition, State Representatives Cathy Kipp and Andrew Boesenecker, will update us on RCV at the state level and how to adopt RCV across Colorado.
