The Colorado Wildfire Crisis

In an ideal world, what one thing would you recommend we do to prevent another massive fire in Colorado?

Join the LWVLC CrossCurrents Team as they pose this questions and others to members of an expert panel.  Central to the conversation will be the causes of these extraordinary events, as well as short term and long term efforts to mitigate the chances of future fire, including impacts on land use policies, insurance, and forest management.
Panelists:

Camille Stevens- Rumann, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Forest and Rangeland Stewardship,

Daniel Beveridge, CO State Forest Service Mitigation

Laurie Kadrich, Director, Larimer County CPIR (Community Planning, Infrastructure and Resources)

Carole Walker, Executive Director, Rocky Mountain Insurance Association

This will be a LIVE broadcast on FCTV, Channel 14 and 881 and streamed at FCTV live on fcgov.com/fctv

It will be available on YouTube a few days following the live broadcast.
